Meet Ashleigh Eilts , DNP Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner Ashleigh brings her extensive expertise and passion for overall well-being to the team. She holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Education, a Master’s, and an undergraduate degree from Mount Marty University and Dakota Wesleyan in Mitchell, SD, respectively.

With over a decade of experience in family and acute care medicine, she is dedicated to cognitive and performance enhancement. Certified by the Hormone Health Institute, Obesity Medical Association, American Academy of Anti-Aging, and Seeds Scientific Research & Performance, Ashleigh offers services like weight reduction medications, vitamin injections, neurotoxin injections, facials, PRP joint injections, IV hydration, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, and laser IPL.

Ashleigh is married to Rhett, who works full-time for the National Guard. Together, they have four children aged 1 to 11. In her spare time, she enjoys education, listening to podcasts, lifting weights, relaxing in their sauna, and traveling. An author of a book and several articles, Dr. Eilts also has unique skills, including memorizing number sequences and patterns and reciting ’90s rap songs!

Darcie is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and graduated from SDSU with her master’s in nursing with a Family Practice emphasis in 2011.

For the past 13 years she has garnered a lot of experience in the medical field. She has served as a provider with trauma surgeons, hospitalists and in family practice.

Most notably she worked in Bariatrics at Avera McKennan from 2008 to 2014. She consulted with patients that were interested in surgical weight loss and provided them with education, counseling, support and post-surgical office visits.

Darcie is married to Matthew and has 3 sons and 1 grandson. Her family enjoys playing music and 2 of her sons have a country band and play all over South Dakota and joining states.

Darcie is excited to join our team and looks forward to helping our patients achieve and maintain their weight loss and health goals.

Jana is originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She lived 26 years in Houston, TX before returning to the Midwest to be closer to her family. She is now happily settled in beautiful Mitchell, South Dakota with her husband, Rick. They have five grown children, two of whom have already moved to South Dakota.

Jana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Psychology from the University of Maryland. With over 30 years of experience as a Business Development Manager and in Sales, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her extensive corporate career involved significant travel so she is now excited to connect with the community in Mitchell and contribute to the local business landscape.

Lacey is a certified nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice. Lacey obtained her healthcare degrees through South Dakota State University in 2010 and completed her Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner in 2015. Lacey completed her doctorate degree while working as a RN in the Intensive Care Unit at Avera, Queen of Peace Hospital.

As a Nurse Practitioner Lacey worked Internal Medicine and Acute Care for 8 years. She has a combined 12 years of healthcare experience.

Lacey enjoys each aspect of the life stages. She has a strong desire to optimize health and well-being at each phase of life.

Lacey is certified in bioidentical hormone therapy through the BioTE method with pellet therapy and has certifications in neurotoxins and dermal fillers.

In Lacey’s free time she enjoys with her family, attending her children’s activities, teaching group fitness classes at Zen Studio in Parkston, being outdoors with her family, reading both fiction and non-fiction books. She also is very vested in continuing medical education.

Lacey is married to her husband, Dan, who is a recruiter for Fusion Medical Staffing and the head wrestling coach for Parkston High School. Lacey and her family reside in Parkston, SD, with their five boys, Noah (9), Simon (9), Beau (6), Max (2), & Sam (2)

Meet Shelly Selland, CNP, RN, MSN, BSN Owner & Medical Director of Tailored To You Medical Aesthetics (Mitchell and Huron, SD)

With over 31 years as an RN and 18 years as a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Shelly Selland brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Before founding Tailored To You in 2017, Shelly honed her skills as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a rural health setting.

She is extensively trained in aesthetic treatments, offering a range of services including laser treatments, dermal fillers, PDO threads, IV Nutrient therapy, biostimulators, and anti-wrinkle treatments. Shelly’s passion lies in maintaining a natural aesthetic for her patients, combined with a compassionate, respectful, and supportive approach.

Married to her husband Barry for 33 years, they are proud parents to two married children and have four grandchildren In her spare time, Shelly enjoys reading and horseback riding.
